In most cases you will receive a single monthly bill from your electric utility, which will include both your Just Energy supply charges for the Just Energy Group family of companies affiliate that serves you and any applicable utility charges. However, in certain states, provinces and utility service areas, Energy Online might bill separately. In this case, you would receive two separate bills, one from your utility company and one from Energy Online.
